In accordance with the provisions of Part 3 of Article 53 of the Law of Ukraine on the Household Deposit Guarantee Scheme (hereinafter – the Law), on September 12, 2023, entry No. 1000701110038037170 on the state registration of COMMERCIAL BANK ‘UNION’ PUBLIC COMPANY (hereinafter – ‘CB ‘Union’ PC) termination as a legal entity was made into the United State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations of Ukraine. Therefore, the liquidation procedure of the bank is considered terminated and the bank itself liquidated.
The powers of the Deposit Guarantee Fund as the liquidator of ‘CB ‘Union’ PC have been terminated as well.
