Individual loans, real estate, or other assets of an insolvent bank may be available for purchase after the start of the liquidation of the institution. During the provisional administration, the DGF does not sell assets separately from deposits. At this stage, preference is given to selling the bank to an investor or transferring the bulk of the insolvent bank to another bank.
